The stationary seats are not interchangeable solely because the shaft diameter matches.
For example, at a 20 mm shaft diameter, the Luwint catalogue lists a stationary-seat dimension D2 of 30.9 mm and length L2 of 8 mm for MR3. For MU3, D2 is 35 mm and L2 is 10 mm. Both list L1 as 25 mm at this size.
Other sizes may also differ in rotary dimensions. Use the drawing for the exact model and shaft size, and distinguish the rotary fitting dimension L1 from the stationary-seat length L2 and complete installed assembly length.
These conical spring designs depend on shaft rotation. Confirm the required spring hand and rotation direction, including the viewing direction used, before ordering.
