Aftermarket replacements for selected Flygt® Plug-In seal applications

The new Luwint LT Series features an aluminium outer housing in a compact plug-in cartridge design. Available for 20 mm, 25 mm and 35 mm shafts, this range provides an additional replacement option for customers servicing compatible Flygt pumps.

The assembled cartridge format keeps the sealing components together for handling and installation. Selection should be based on the original seal configuration, installation dimensions and pump model.

Compatibility with an earlier LT cartridge or a specific Flygt pump must be confirmed before ordering. Matching the shaft diameter alone does not establish suitability.

Materials and Application Selection

Seal-face materials and elastomers are selected to suit the required configuration and operating conditions. Please provide the pumped liquid, temperature, pressure and any abrasive content so we can confirm the appropriate specification.
